Tuesday 24 January 2012, 6.30pm to late Pegasus Bay Winery & Restaurant, Stockgrove Rd, Waipara Valley Bring: a bottle of your favourite riesling from anywhere in the world. Supplied: The company of Summer of Riesling Overlord Paul Grieco. An evening that takes Riesling to its pleasure peak, incorporating sound, visual and sensory highlights. 6.30pm - Casual tasting of aged Waipara Valley Rieslings on arrival. 7pm - Seated for 3 course feasting style menu.
