We currently hold '2 chefs hats' and hold the title of the Cuisine Magazine Winery Restaurant of the Year which we have been awarded 8 times in the last 10 years. Our menu is focused on quality seasonal and local and we grow some of the produce on our property. We are big on creating and nurturing a happy, fun and professional.
We are looking for someone:
  • who is a qualified chef and has several years experience cooking
  • who can be a solid support to the the head and sous chefs and a team player
  • who has a genuine interest in quality produce and putting fine cuisine on a plate
  • is able to work well in a busy team environment and take instruction well
This is a exciting opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about cooking and wanting to excel and have a future in the culinary world. Come work in Waipara in our large modern kitchen and enjoy working with some of New Zealand's finest seasonal and local produce.

A normal shift is from approximately 9am-5/6pm. Petrol allowance paid per shift from Christchurch.
