Craig has spent his culinary career working in some of the most exclusive lodges in the world, most recently at the exquisite Annandale luxury villas on Banks Peninsular. He has also worked as an International Culinary Ambassador for NZTE.
Craig’s food style is deeply rooted in using high quality locally sourced, ethically produced ingredients that showcase the best of NZ with a particular passion for kaimoana. This will be an experience not to be missed.
