A beautiful summer, a lingering autumn and low crop levels made this an ideal season for sauvignon blanc. After fermentation the wine was kept on its natural yeast lees for a short period to help the texture and add extra complexity. It exudes intertwining impressions of citrus blossom, elderflower, passion fruit, white peaches, nectarines and mango. It has a rich mid-palate but it finishes crisp, dry and zingy. The flavours linger in the mouth well after swallowing.
